Everything below is numbered against your original 139 slide deck, not my revised one, so you can work straight down the list. Three jobs: import 34 slides, apply 45 fixes, and add one footer.
If your live deck genuinely does have content on the 46 pillar slides that the export lost, do not import my whole file over the top. Do this instead.
I have built SOURC-E-NEW-SLIDES-ONLY.pptx, which is just the 34 additions in deck order and nothing else. In Google Slides: File, Import slides, upload it, select all, and keep original formatting. They will land at the end, and you drag them into place using the table below.
The footers are one find and replace if your tool supports it. The seven text fixes are individual.
All 34 new slides now carry presenter notes in the deck’s existing house style, which is a build note, a rule, then SAY / DO / CHAT ASK / OPS / WHY THIS SLIDE EXISTS. They survive File, Import slides intact, so you do not need to do anything to keep them. Six slides carry an instruction in capitals at the top: those are the ones with placeholder numbers or a claim to verify before presenting.
The largest single change and the one least likely to survive an import, because it is 68 individual text boxes rather than slides. studiohawk.com.au · book a call, Archivo 7pt bold, Bright Aqua #01FFFF, right-aligned on the existing footer baseline. In Google Slides the fast way is to add it to the layout rather than the slides. This is not cosmetic: slide 103 says out loud that the link is in the footer from that point on.
It is the least interesting item on this page and the one that most affects the room. For 38 slides, roughly a third of day two, the section marker currently tells the audience they are still in Structure while you teach Offsite, Uniqueness, Relevance and Credibility.
Insert after the numbered slide in your original deck. Where several land in one place, they go in the order listed.
